01Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge from the dashboard or via support.
02After Dispatch
Post-dispatch cancellations are treated as returns per the Return Policy.
03Subscription Cancellation
Marketplace subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; service continues until the current cycle ends. Trial cancellations incur no charge.
04Plan Refunds
One-time partner plan fees are refundable within 7 days if no products have been published or orders processed.
